The Department of Psychology came into existence in 2002. Irrespective of its short history, it holds a very prestigious position in the social sciences in the Valley. In order to build firm grounding and strong learning base, students are imparted with the knowledge about theoretical foundations and its numerous branches such as Social Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Statistics and Research Methodology, Organizational Behaviour, and Biopsychology.
